The rapid test to examine and distinguish three different diarrhea patogens. Detects the following pathogens: Rotavirus, Clostridium perfringens, Cryptosporidium parvum
The Fassisi PiDia is an immunochromatographic rapid test that simultaneously checks the faeces of young animals to identify three diarrhoea pathogens. This makes it easy to detect mixed infections in particular, which are very difficult to identify with the usual symptoms of diarrhoea alone.
Within a few minutes, the test provides an overview of the current pathogen situation in the stand.
The early and unambiguous detection of the pathogens involved in the "diarrhoea process" can reduce both economic losses and the use of antibiotics. In addition, the Fassisi PiDia is a cost-effective screening instrument and can be used, for example, as a control instrument after remediation programmes have been carried out in problem stocks.
